Qualification Course: 601/2389/8
Qualification Purpose
This qualification is intended for those who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in a workshop, classroom or other training environments rather than assessing competence in a work environment.
It includes the following assessment methods (although not all of these require performance
evidence):

assessments of the learner in simulated environments;

skills tests;

oral and written questions;

assignments;

projects;
-
case studies; and
-
recognising prior learning.
Entry Requirements

The qualification is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above.

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum level one in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
Progression
Successful learners can progress through the suite of qualifications included in this specification and further to other qualifications such as the TQUK Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF).
